HED was appointed to deliver an Open Space Strategy and overarching Green Infrastructure Strategy to accompany the successful outline application for this 262ha residential-lead urban extension on the outskirts of Luton.

The well-structured illustrative masterplan seeks to deliver 30% Green Infrastructure to flexibly support, shape and facilitate the growth of communities across the site, utilizing a structure of landscape elements informed by its setting just north of the Chilterns.
