EightyFen, London
Situated in a sought after part of the City, EightyFen is a new 14 storey landmark building. Key to its innovative character are six landscaped roof terraces maximising outdoor space for its tenants, capturing the bold forms of the building's ‘sentinel’ blocks with outward view-finding spaces contrasting with softer, organic forms to the inward facing, more intimate spaces.
The scheme creates a unique series of inviting outdoor ‘rooms’ with planting chosen for seasonal beauty, location, climate resilience and improved habitat and foraging area for birds, bats and invertebrates in the heart of London.
EightyFen achieves BREEAM excellent, offering an essential contribution to the urban ecosystem.
